LIBERTY PATCH SUBLI PRINT is a Dye Sublimation printable TEXTILE in water-based polyurethane, thus without solvent, white, on polyester support. It is applicable on any textile, available in A4, A3 and rolls.
It is ideal for badges, emblems, patches, workwear, sports and fashion clothing.
The LIBERTY PATCH SUBLI PRINT range has a has a Low carbon profile manufacturing: all operations made under one roof. It is Ecofriendly, water based, solvent and PVC free polyurethane. It is 100% made in France, out of european raw materials.

LIBERTY PATCH SUBLI Print -Standard (S901T)
- Liberty Subli Print is a sublimation printable non woven printable TEXTILE film. Thick & opaque textile with Fabric visual and touch.
- Thick Polyster textile Film – 300μ, Low tack adhesive polyester carrier: 120μ.
- Print from your software to your Sawgrass with registration marks, in mirror image and on sublimation paper.
- Transfer this sheet to your Twill sheet by heat press at 190°C-50 seconds. Hot peel.
- Cut using plotter or by hand. While it is not necessary to have a cutter or plotter it does make for better finished design
- Remove carrier and press onto your garment using a heat press at 150°C for 20 seconds (adapt temperature and time according to textile).
- Use parchment paper to protect image when pressing.
- Hot Peel.
- High Washing resistance up to 60°C (40°C for nylon)

- Thin Polyster textile Film – 210μ, Low tack adhesive polyester carrier: 120μ.
- Print from your software to your Sawgrass with registration marks, in mirror image and on sublimation paper.
- Transfer this sheet to your Twill sheet by heat press at 170°C-80 seconds. Hot peel.
- Cut using plotter or by hand. While it is not necessary to have a cutter or plotter it does make for better finished design
- Remove carrier and press onto your garment using a heat press at 150°C for 20 seconds (adapt temperature and time according to textile).

Further Recommendations
- Wait 24 hours before washing.
- Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemical agents.
- Iron from inside.
- Store our products in a tempered and dry room, protected from direct sun rays.
- In order to prevent resublimation, it is recommended, NOT to preheat garments.
- Just after heat transfer, DO NOT stack or fold warm garments, as this could cause resublimation on the external side of the Flex material.
